In the last six months I have been busy with looking for a house to live for my family. The first alternative is to find a second home, disadvantages is required additional cost for home improvements such as repaint, repair leaky roofs, etc. The second alternative is to find a new home built by developers, it has the advantages of: mortgage affairs are handled by the developer and I am given the flexibility to re-design the room.
